Your customers will receive a call/text or email 30 minutes prior to arrival. Upon arrival, our team will bring the order to the customers room of choice and unpack the product. We will set up the order according to the customer's wishes, including 30 minutes of light assembly, ensuring that the area is cleaned and left exactly as we found it.
Room of Choice
Deliveries are scheduled to match your customers availability, offering flexible time windows and a 6 day a week operational schedule. Your customers will receive a call/text or email 30 minutes prior to arrival. Upon arrival, our team will bring the order to the customers room of choice. Room of Choice service levels can be either single man or two man, depending on weight/dimensions of product.
Room of Choice w/Debris Removal
Deliveries are scheduled to match your customers availability, offering flexible time windows and a 6 day a week operational schedule. Your customers will receive a call/text or email 30 minutes prior to arrival. Upon arrival, our team will bring the order to the customers room of choice and unpack the product, removing all debris, ensuring that the area is cleaned and left exactly as we found it.
Threshold
Our Home Delivery Standard Service is available in both one and two man options. Deliveries are scheduled to match your customers availability, offering flexible time windows and a 6 day a week operational schedule. Your customers will receive a call/text or email 30 minutes prior to arrival. Upon arrival, our team will bring the order through the threshold of the residence.
Basic
Economy level Basic Home Delivery offering. Deliveries are scheduled to match your customers availability, offering flexible time windows and a 6 day a week operational schedule. Your customers will receive a call/text or email 30 minutes prior to arrival. Upon arrival, our team will complete the delivery to the front door of the residence.
